Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, simply browse our site, view the details of any items you would like to buy, then click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the item to your shopping basket. You may view your shopping basket details at any time by clicking the ‘View checkout’ button in the left hand navigation bar. Viewing the checkout also enables you to adjust quantities or remove an item.

When you have everything you wish to purchase in your basket, click the ‘Checkout’ button. Enter your details on the forms as they appear. You may pay for your purchases online using your credit or debit card via the PayPal secure online service, or by sending us a cheque or postal order made payable to The Natural Pharmacie.

Final confirmation that you wish to place your order occurs when you see a message stating your order was successful. Up to that point, exiting the website or checkout procedure will stop the order process.

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you are in the trade or are a practitioner, please contact us for bulk pricing.

Please note that orders will be accepted in the English language only.

Delivery and Packaging Charges

  • UK delivery charges: There is a £3.00 postage and packing fee for all orders up to £34.00. All orders above £34.00 are free of delivery charge.
  • Ordering supplements: The minimum order for supplements is pounds £15.00.
  • International delivery charges: £6.00 for the first item, plus £1.00 per extra item.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made either online using your credit or debit card via our secure checkout (provided by PayPal), or via the mail by cheque or postal order.

PayPal do not require you to hold a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select the option to pay by credit card without an account.

Please note we are not liable for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer for any reason.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom
Orders are sent via First Class post. Your order will normally be dispatched within 4 working days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive the next day (although some may arrive the day after). It should take no more than five working days for your order to arrive. If you pay by cheque please allow a further 4 working days, as it must show as cleared in our bank account before dispatch.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by external couriers.

We don’t generally allow orders to be sent to a different address from the billing address to reduce the risk of Credit Card fraud.

International Deliveries;
Orders are sent via First Class post. Your order will normally be dispatched within 4 working days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 5 working days. If you pay by cheque we will let you know when your cheque has cleared in our bank account, as we will not ship your order before this has happened.

Important Information Regarding International Orders
Overseas parcels will be inspected by Customs authorities in your country. You are considered the importer of any goods we send to you, and therefore you may be liable for import duties and taxes over which we have no control, and for which we are not liable. Customs requirements vary from country to country, therefore if you require further information please contact your local customs office.

Parcels posted to overseas addresses are required to include a customs form on the outside of the package. Details displayed on this form include a brief description of the contents and their value. In addition, a copy of your invoice will also be attached. Please be aware that parcels from outside your country may be opened and inspected by your local customs authority.

Product Description and Pricing:
We always make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing at all times. However, mistakes can happen (hopefully rarely!), and The Natural Pharmacie reserves the right to refuse the sale of misdescribed or mispriced products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns and Complaints
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if goods are damaged in transit you can return them to us and we will replace them.

Please note: All goods purchased from The Natural Pharmacie are non-refundable.

To make a claim in respect of goods damaged in transit or not received, you must contact us regarding your claim via post or email not later than 14 days for UK deliveries from the date we confirm goods have been dispatched to you. Once this period has passed, all liability for goods passes to you, the customer, and we will not accept any liability for such claims and will not replace your goods.

If we have sent goods in error, they remain our property. Please notify us for return instructions.

If you are unhappy with our products or any part of our service, we would like to know! We will respond to complaints about any product or service we supply within 5 working days.
